Haven Ministries

Haven Ministries provides hope to those in need within Queen Anne’s County through shelter, clothing, food, and support. Their services include a Homeless Shelter, Our Daily Thread Thrift Shop, Emergency Food Pantries, Resource Centers, Street Outreach, Art for Your Home, and a Warehouse that include a Job Training Program.

  • Food Pantry Volunteers

    • Haven Ministries is in need of volunteers who would be able to help out at their food pantry.

  • Hope Warehouse

    • Hope Warehouse is in need of volunteers to help customers, sort donations, and help with general upkeep.

Choices Pregnancy Center of Easton

Choices Pregnancy Center is a non-profit pregnancy resource center and health clinic located in Easton, Maryland, that provides health related resources to the women of our community at no charge.

Current Ways to Get Involved:

  • Assistance with marketing and advertising

  • Volunteers to lead parenting/educational classes for new moms & dads

  • Volunteers to greet visitors and answer phones

  • Help with getting mailers sent out

  • Organizing baby boutique

  • Direct Donation of items (Needs can be found HERE)

Baltimore Christian Community center

The Christian Community Center is a community of Christ-centered people committed to reaching all people in the local neighborhood with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The center provides kids in inner-city Baltimore with a safe place to go after school and learn about Jesus.


Visitation

The Visitation Ministry sends a few people out each month to visit those in need of support, fellowship, or just some attention and love.

We visit nursing homes, assisted living centers, special needs facilities, hospitals, homes, and adult daycare centers.
