May 21, 2023 has been set aside as a Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving for the PCA to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Convocation of Sessions held in Atlanta on May 19, 1973, marking one of the significant initial steps that led to the formation of the PCA in December of the same year.
