To Safe Harbor, the support of missions work is important and obvious - both around the world and locally. Our church regurally sends mission teams places such as Turkey, Peru, Romania, El Salvadour, and locally in Baltimore and on Kent Island.

Jesus tells us to "go and make disciples of all nations" (Matt 28:19) and that "you will be my witness in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth" (Acts 1:8).

Mission Weekends are held twice a year at the church, and speakers and missionaries are invited from near and far to update the church on what is happening in the mission field.

Short-term mission trips send teams go to Romania, El Salvadour, and West Virginia.

Missions Spotlight: This summer the mission team is very busy. Will has been in Romania and Christian has been at youth rally's across the state and is now in El Salvador with his son and will be headed to West Virginia at the end of July. Sandi is busy with the food bank and gearing up for the annual 10k and 5k run for the Shelter. Please save the date for September 11 and please consider either volunteering or running in the event. We will be having mission trip updates at the beginning of Fall to debrief everyone on all the good work being done.
