Pastor Todd Williams and his wife Cindy grew up in Baltimore. Todd and
his family attended Babcock United Presbyterian Church in Towson where
his father was an elder. Cindy grew up attending Lee Street Memorial
Baptist church where her dad was a deacon. Todd married Cindy in 1988
after graduating from the University of Baltimore and headed off to
seminary at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. During
his three years in seminary, Todd served as an assistant to a church
planter and as a youth director at Christ Presbyterian Church in
Oviedo, Florida. After graduating from seminary, Todd served as an
Associate Pastor at Providence Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh.
During his tenure in Pittsburgh, God began to stir Todd's heart
convincing him that he should become a church planter. Todd and Cindy
have four children.
Associate Pastor Will LaRose and his wife Gerri have three grown children and eleven grandchildren. Will graduated from the University of Maryland, received his Masters of Business Administration from Marymount University and attended Reformed Theological Seminary. Will retired from the U.S. Army in 1985 to take a position as Minister of Youth at Annapolis Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Annapolis, Maryland; a position he held from 1985 until 1995. He served as the Director of Youth Ministries for the Presbyterian Church of America in Atlanta from 1995 until 1999. Will wanted to get back into the local church and, when asked by a former high school student of his, Reverend Dan Smith, to come and help him at Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Davidsonville, Maryland, he did so, staying there from September 1999 until October 2004. Will became the Associate Pastor at Safe Harbor in November 2004.
